🔧 Service Scope & Custom Work
We develop custom Android games based on the requirements, ideas, and content provided by each client. The final quality and outcome of the project will depend on the clarity of your vision, timely communication, and mutual understanding of the project goals. We are not responsible for changes requested after the scope has been finalized unless agreed upon in writing.
💼 Intellectual Property (IP)
All rights to the game, code, assets, and content developed under a client-paid custom project are handed over to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
However, we do not resell, reuse, or redistribute client-owned assets without permission. Likewise, clients are expected to provide legally obtained assets, materials, or intellectual property for use in the project.
📱 Publishing & Monetization
We offer full support for Google Play Store publishing, ad integration (e.g., AdMob, Unity Ads), and in-app purchases. However, final approval or rejection by the Play Store or any third-party service is outside our control. We do not guarantee app approval but will guide and support the process to the best of our ability.
🛠️ Maintenance & Support
We provide free bug-fixing and basic support for a limited time post-delivery (typically 15–30 days). Ongoing updates, feature additions, or extended support require a separate agreement. We encourage long-term partnerships and offer reliable support plans for interested clients.
🧾 Payment Terms
Project work begins after receiving an agreed-upon deposit. Full ownership is transferred after final payment is completed. Refunds are not offered once significant development work has begun, but we’re happy to resolve issues and ensure your satisfaction.
🌐 Use of Portfolio & Showcase
We may showcase non-confidential parts of your project (e.g., game trailers, screenshots, features) in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. This helps us attract future work and grow our network — but we always respect client confidentiality and branding.
